Guy friend always refers to himself as a wolf or a rabbit when he talks to me…is this normal?

Sometimes I’ll joke around and tell him I’m going to put him in a cage and he goes along with it 🤔. Then there’s times where he’ll randomly bring up the topic again talking about how he’s a wolf not a rabbit.

What lol? He refers to himself as an animal? No that isn't normal. I have never heard anyone say that in my life. What an odd thing. What is the context of the conversation when he says it? I know you said sometimes random but does he bring it up specific to conversation other times? I certainly don't think this is normal and really wouldn't know how to respond. I don't know what if anything it means in relation to you. I am stumped.

Yeah, he’ll randomly do it. He’ll message me with “🐇 🔪 “ and then go on about how today he wants to be a wolf. Then there’s other days where he says he wants to be a rabbit.
