You’re not entitled to anyone’s money, if they choose to spend it on you that’s their choice but honestly as an adult you should have your own income too. If you both decide one person should be stay at home that is something different all together. As for what your incomes are, yes you should have that conversation either prior to dating or early on. Also what your spending habits are and if you have any debts. You need to know what you’re both able to afford together especially if it is a serious relationship where you plan on marrying or living together.

No. Perhaps once you're in the final stages of deciding to marry eachother to make sure there aren't any surprises or weird things that they've been holding out on you. But it doesn't take a long time of dating to see how well they take care of their money, how much debt they likely have, etc...
