Why does he look at me a lot or am I overthinking?

I started working and I noticed this guy look at my direction a lot even walked to where I’m working and stood from afar looking.

when I was near him but staging the carts my guy friend was infront of me and he was behind him and I can tell by my peripheral vision he stood staring at me while I’m talking to my friend for quite a while.

another time later that evening there’s toilets near his side and one near me which is quite far from his side and he happens to come out same time as me but in my side of the toilets I was thinking why since his one’s was way closer to him and he never spoke to me and walking with his friend he looked at me turning his head to me so I don't know if im overthinking it does he find me attractive

It is always possible that a guy stares at you because he finds you attractive. Most of the time though we all tend to overthink what it means or even exaggerate in our own heads how much a guy is staring at us because we want to believe that he finds us attracted. That is pretty natural to do and think like. If you like this guy then I would try to start up a conversation and see how that goes. After talking to him a bit you might have a better idea.
