There’s this guy that I met when I was in college. We met towards the end of the semester, so we are both back home for the summer and won’t be seeing eachother until August. We’ve been talking for almost 2 months now. He texts me everyday, sends good morning texts almost every day, asks how I slept, and recently called me “baby” for the first time. However, he only texts me 1-3 times a day, and I know he can be busy because he’s an athlete but I’m just anxious and it leads to me overthinking. This may come as a shock to you but many people don't actually like communicating by text. I personally have never sent nor read a text message in my life. I communicate verbally or via email or a handwritten letter.
