Am I overthinking / overreacting how my boyfriend goofs around?

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years now and I think he is great. He’s sweet, loving, understanding, supportive and loyal. However, he has a habit of really ticking me off with the way he plays/jokes. Sometimes, very rarely happens and is not constant, but sometimes, he’ll pretend like he’s gonna punch me while joking around. I know what ur thinking... Of course you’re not overreacting! Thats awful! The thing is, the way he does it is so comedic and harmless it doesn’t really seem like its something bad. He does not do it to scare me and his movements are not aggressive nor sudden, he actually sometimes does them in slow mo because he does them as if he were acting or being a goofball or something. Sometimes he’ll add sound effects to his motions and then just go back to acting normal right after. He always does it at random times and fairly far away from my body and never touches me, he just does it as if he were playing around, bit it still bothers me. Sometimes he’ll do a slight kick motion towards me as well while looking at me funny. I have never actually told him that this bothers me, because I’ve never really felt threatened, scared nor in danger by the motions, which maybe explains why he’ll do it once in a blue moon. He looks like he’s trying to be a cartoon while doing those things, and sometimes even pretends that he’s boxing me from afar. 1 time he was coming to pick me up in a 4 wheel and he came driving pretty quick towards me and drove right past me. I got a bit scared bc I thought he was doing it to scare me and later he told me he wasn’t trying to scare me nor was he joking he was just driving over to get me, but I guess I saw it some other way. However, lately it just hasn’t been sitting well with me. Am I overthinking/overreacting here? Should I accept his way of goofing around or should I tell him to stop. Since he never touches me or males it seem like something bad because of how fake it seems, I feel like I might be overreacting.

Keep in mind my boyfriend doesn’t touch me while he jokes, he does these things from afar and his goofy intentions are clear, but it still bothers me a bit. He is very understanding when I tell him to stop doing other certain things so maybe this is just the way he plays.

You are over reacting and over thinking... Just tell him that it bothers you and he might not do that again.

Just talk about it in a polite manner and he'll understand what you're feeling. Talking can solve this😌

If it really bothers you, tell him. He may not understand that you see it as a problem. I don't think he wants to hurt or scare you, and if he does, it's better to know now.

He always tells me he would never hurt me by intention, and that he wouldn’t hurt someone he loves, this is why I know he’s genuine but still some games are just for boys.

I mean if I tell him to stop he will stop. I don’t want to break up w him or anything because he always changes what I ask him to if it bothers me. My therapist knows him and tells me he is a good guy and very mature too.
