I can see if she sucked at conversations if she’s never really had experience w conversing w people. But I think at the age level you selected, she should be way past that by now. I’d understand more if she was in her teens, early 20s. As for sounding stupid. No I don’t want a girl who is stupid. She needs to have some intelligence. Now I will say I don’t like women who are loud, look at me look at me type, but even if she is smart I don’t want a girl like that either. As for talking to whoever I want. No I don’t want that either because if makes me think she has a lot of insecurities.

Everyone has their own opinion and choices about the partners.
For me, open minded shy girls are great. You can talk about anything with them, even if it is embarrassing or not appropriate with everyone. But their shyness makes it difficult to understand whether she's open minded or not.

In general, I avoid shy girls like the the plague. I've had too many crazy, negative experiences with shy girls. I would rather they be bold and speak their mind.

Like, that sounds wonderful. Shy and quiet girls are exactly my type. Yes they may have trouble communicating through speech but their minds are always sharp regardless. And are usually pretty smart.
