I cancelled our date & he's left me on unread. Why can't he just read it?

Yeah, honestly I have been put been put through so much shit by women, when they cancel on me, I don't even care what their excuse is. Like I have learned to never make any assumptions about anyone. Like I will never assume the worst, and I will never assume the best of them... why?

Because life has taught me not to make any assumptions about women in the dating game. They do what they do for their own reasons and their words mean little to me.

Especially if its a first date. Like if this was first date... game over.

If you two have been out together before, then he has already formed his own impression of you... so there is probably some reason why he does want to read your message.

It could be to fuck with you, just to make you feel like you made him feel. Or it could because he was on he fence and this was the preverbally straw that broke the camels back... or he could just think you are a total spazz. But for you make no assumptions other than this...

If he is really interested then he will come back around, and when he does, you should make up you mind at that time if its worth it or not to you.

I've had a date cancel over text. I saw the notification pop up on my phone and I could read it without opening the app and if there wasn't another day suggested I moved on. Cancelling over text shows little effort and not suggesting another day shows even less effort.

No it doesn't. It simply means he has already read it and probably took it hard or was very disappointed. Most likely he don't know how to deal with it and can't bring himself to open the conversation until he's dealt with his emotions.
Ofcourse, outward he shows nothing of this.

He had notifications where he read it on WhatsApp or whatever you sent message on and now he wants to pretend like it's your fault 🤣.
