Why would he leave me on read after he asked if I am available tomorrow for a date?

I have answered him that I am but I have something after 7pm but then I got no reply even tho he read my message yesterday , are we still going out today or what and what to do if he actually message back today?

If someone reads your message but does not act upon it, then it obviously means that he has lost interest because of a number of possible reasons.

It could be that he planned something else with you after 7PM and that your reply aggravated him or it could be anything else like he changed his mind or he is no longer interested.

As long as you don't get an answer from him, I would assume that the date is off unless you tag him again and ask for a specific reply within a given period of time. However, I think that it is a bad start if you have to ask him to confirm the date since he failed to give you an answer and to acknowledge you.

Did you ask him that? It's most likely a miscommunication is all. Ask him if we're still doing something. If he leaves that on read then I'd plan my day like you're not.
