I agree that without personality there isn't much of a chance. I value that more than anything else. It has to match mine pretty well. I am outgoing and like to be sociable. If the guy is just a dud when it comes to social situations that is a recipe for disaster with me. No amount of looks can compensate for no personality. I suppose some introverted people might be able to deal with that sorta guy but not me.
