Nah there is no reason to reply in my opinion. The relationship is over and he is just giving you details that don't need a reply. Once you have your stuff back that should be it. I don't think replying positive or negative is going to bring anything. It is just an opening for what I would think is pointless conversation. Just leave it be and move on.
