Guys, why do you feel it’s important to send the last text?

I have noticed that most guys I have ever spoken to always wants the last word or text. Why is that? For example, a friend of mine and I were texting recently and I said goodnight to end the conversation assuming he would not respond and he did. This made me realize that nearly every guy I have ever texted with always sends a final message. Why do you think this is?

I can't speak for every guy. But I've had women get mad at me for not answering them. So I could give a s*** about sending the last text. But I know a lot of your gender feels ignored if we don't for some reason. The funny part of it is the women that complained at me not responding with a final text turned around and then ignored me.😆

I don't know why this is such a deal with y'all. I mean a conversation has to end at some point.😆

I surely trained my hubby to be the last text.

I know several girls who have gotten mad about them being the last to text and he fell asleep!
