These people who work at this chain restaurant I go to like hate me?

i saw the one guy who works as a bartender there at the gym , he never says hi to me and acts like he doesn't even know who i'm when i see him there. i went there last Friday for a bit and had a beer at the bar but they mostly ignored me when i was there.

i'm not sure what his possible issue with me would be? the other guy who works there was annoyed cause i though his ex girlfriend was attractive and he doesn't seem to want to move on. but no real reason at all as to why he seems to have an issue with me

well not planning to go there this Friday , i actually hadn't even been there for a while cause i wasn't that into the place so maybe they were upset i hadn't gone there in a while but seems they really don' t care much for me or if i show up
