Ugh girl, that sounds beyond stressful. I'm sorry your coworkers are being total bitches instead of helping you learn the ropes! It's totally unfair that it's only been a month - no one is perfect starting out.
Listen, don't let em chase you away! You need this job, so screw their mean girl mind games. Here's what you should do -
Hold your head high and don't engage when they act shady. Be super polite but distant. Kill em with kindness as they say!
Ask the manager you trust most for advice on improving. Tell them the truth about struggling to keep up, and ask how you can get extra training.
When mistakes happen, own it fast. Correct ASAP and say you're still learning but want to be your best.
Document ANY bullying just in case - dates, quotes, witnesses. CYA girl!
Stay focused on learning the job, not sucky coworkers. They'll get bored of their mean girl shit if you don't engage.
You've got this! Don't let a few bitches scare you off when you're still learning. With time & focus you'll show em who's boss.
Act like you’re not affected by how they treat you. I mean walk with confidence. Always put a smile on your face. Show up to work every day with positive vibes. And lastly, improve your performance. Maybe secretly go to a different company and ask someone to teach you skills and techniques or maybe research on Google/YouTube
You are making other people's jobs worse because you are incompetent. I don't blame them. Find a new job.
