Does he feel guilty for me finding out or doesn’t care?

I met this guy about a month ago, we were talking for a month, messing around, etc. Recently I had found out that he was texting other girls through social media and I told him I knew about it and I was upset and hurt and he got super angry with me and told me “you just find ways to cause issues.” and then when he decided to calm down, he said that “You didn’t ruin this. I did. You’re great. It has nothing to do with you not being good enough or not making me happy.” That was the last time I spoke to him and that was last night, today I texted him to see when he wanted to come pick up his things from my place, and he isn’t responding, I’m not blocked, my text are being delivered, but he isn’t responding. I even tried asking him “do you even feel guilty or do you just not care?” And nothing. He is still watching my stories on Snapchat as well.

Don't ask questions you sound needy when doing so. Move on... give him room to think now that you've made it clear how you feel about your situation with him. Let him miss you and only then will he know what he really wants from you. Not saying he will come back, but at least then you will have a clear answer based on his actions. I know it hurts, but hang in there.

I have no clue if he feels guilty, but he’s definitely acting like he doesn’t care. Get his things out of your place, block him and move on.

Seems like there's lots of stress in the air for the both of you but all I know is that neither of you should give up on a connection for a simple lash out, y'all should try fixing the problem.
