Boyfriend is constantly bringing up the past and we had been good lately, and out of nowhere he seems to be having doubts about our relationship saying that I say ‘I love you’ too much and how he finds it immature, asking me ‘what do we even have in common?’ And this made me feel insecure so I said ‘how do you feel about me?’ Hoping he would say he loves me still but instead said ‘I don’t know’ I’m so confused because we have been so good lately, we have had past issues but thought we were resolving them and I’m just confused how this has come out the blue. What do you think is happening, could there be someone else in the picture?

There is always the possibility there is somebody else. But there is the possibility he has just outgrown the relationship and is ready to move on. It happens. People outgrow one another to the extent that they are complete strangers. But it is definite his heart isn't in it with you anymore. I would tell him the best thing to do at this point is to go your separate ways, and start working your way down the road.
