Guy is super busy with work and school and says he can only see me when it fits his schedule should I give him space and wait or let it go?

That all depends on how much you like the guy and if you think he is worth waiting for. If you think he is then work around his schedule. If not then move on for the sake of both of you. What you don't want to do is waiver. Just make a choice and stick to it. Personally if you like this guy enough to ask this question then you wait for him and work around his schedule. I'm sure he does his best to make time. I'm in a similar situation. I make it work.

I think it depends on what kind of relationship you have in mind. Would you be happy or at least ok if you were in a relationship with him and you could only see him when it fits in his schedule or would that be not enough for you? If you´re answer is the first then wait for the time where he has the time, if you choose the later then let go because you can´t expect that he will change his priorities when you´re in a relationship.

That’s up to you. If you’re ok w that then go w the flow. If not move on. Can’t tell you what to do only you know how you feel about this. Just don’t be surprised if he doesn’t want something serious after you waited around for him. Things change. Most girls need a lot of attention, so if I was you I’d probably move on.
