Boyfriend works so many works and doesn’t have time for me?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 months. He lives in Germany and I live in the United States (distance can be a problem, but we work through that) but recently we’ve been fighting and arguing so much and a part of it is because he works so much and doesn’t have time for me and I feel like I’m not as important anymore to him. He told me that isn’t true and that I’m not ruining our relationships

He told me this morning that he’s sad and mad that he can’t hear from me because he wants to so badly but with the work he does he can’t.

He works 6 days a week in between 8am--11pm everyday expect Tuesdays and even on Tuesdays he’s out with his brother. He told me he doesn’t even have time for himself because of the work he does. What do I do? I don’t know how to resolve this issue between us.

We’ve talked about this morning and he said he felt bad that I was hurting and crying over this situation. Sometimes I go hours without hearing from him at work and I feel like in the beginning it wasn’t like that. I feel like he’s slowly pushed himself away or because we are officially a couple he doesn’t have to try as hard anymore. He told me none of that is true and I’m overthinking.

doesn't have time for you how? he doesn't even live in the same country and completely opposite time zones. so yes, it's very hard to have time to only text someone across the world. this wasn't going to work out anyways, i'm afraid. did you or him plan on moving countries any time soon?

i don't want to be rude and i am sorry if i come off as blunt, but saying that since you are officially a couple (whatever that means in long distance terms) and assuming now he "doesn't have to try as hard anymore" is putting him in a bad light when he wasn't the one even doing so.

i think you need to heal your insecurity issues as this will be a problem in every relationship you have in the future. i would just say never assume that you think he thinks he doesn't have to try as hard anymore when you don't know how hard he is actually trying because you can't see it because you're not there with him.

because you two live in different countries and it's pretty hard to get visas if one of you moved closer. plus, he is working a lot and has different priorities.
