Found texts on my boyfriends phone. What to do?

I just found texts in my boyfriends phone, it was in the past he said these things about me but they are still insults that don't sit right with me. It was when we first got together. He said to this girl that I was needy, a headache, he knows when something is meant to be and I'm not it. She replied with ohh so she's one of those girls but she doesn't even know me. It was also said that im a short term not a long term thing. He said that I was isolating him from world, she then proceeded and called me toxic asf and he didn't stick up for me. When I confronted him about he said I violated him but really you violated me by saying those things. I'm glad I found it because otherwise I wouldn't have known.

Well... have you "wondered/questioned" maybe those "texts" were meant to BE FOUND? This is "another tactic" to get a break up without too much argument or being AT FAULT!. I know sounds lame but this is a tactic that "men" like him want to take "a step further" but cannot Handle a Confrontation, you might think how i know? Well... he "complained" to the other woman about you (knowing that she will advise him) regarding you 2, but then he Chickened out from Lay it on the Table for You if he wasn't Happy!.

Big question is how long have you been together and how old are these texts? He might have not felt a connection to you in the beginning and you two might have had a really rough start. But then later the sparks began to fly and what was said might be irrelevant at this point. I think we need more details and context.
Side note, you shouldn’t snoop, if you felt you had to as opposed to talking to and trusting your partner then maybe you’re not ready for a relationship or the relationship is toxic like the text said and you two should call it.

Why blame the phone? It didn't write those texts. It just gave them a road bump that will either strengthen their relationship or end it earlier. Which is better for both of them in the long run.

How do you "find" so very many texts? Just looked down at the screen and there they all were zoomed out on a page that your photographic memory accidentally stored?

He's most definitely okay with my mental disorder which causes me to be paranoid 50% of the time. We both keep our phones unlocked and he goes through my phone as well. It's not just a one sided thing, stop speaking like you know when you obviously don't. I've had to block every single guy on my social media apps. If I even add someone back he gets jealous asf. If I get a notification he checks to see who its from. It's funny because even "normal people" are paranoid to, it makes me feel a little less different. Anyways case closed he loves me, I love him. We're obviously that obsessed with each other, we can't stand the thought of another person taking one of us away from each other. It's okay not to okay and he loves me just the way I am. Paranoid and all the flaws that come with it.
