I once told a person they performed above my expectations at an art project they were doing and they were offended that my expectations towards them were that low that it was so easy to exceed them.

[Worrying]

Were tou expectations really low?

[Worrying]

Sorry for the typo.

It wasn’t their intelligence that I was suspicious of, but their ability to perform such a difficult assignment that anyone would struggle with.

It all depends but most of the time it is in text format which can easily be misconstrued and misunderstood

This just happened to me earlier tonight, and no matter how much I tried to dig myself out of the hole I'd dug for myself, I just ended up making it worse... lol

[Worrying]

Which did you do?

[Billlewis]

The guy I was chatting with is a virgin, and I told him that I'm jealous as hell of him, which he didn't mind hearing (some guys don't like you to tell them that), and then we started exchanging comments back and forth, and I fumbled over my words a little, and I kept sinking further and further... lol

[Worrying]

I see. Thanks for sharing.

[Billlewis]

Yes, ma'am, thank you for your interest. I just started following you and I'd like to invite you to follow me as well, if that's alright. Thank you very much.

I am sure I have done this. I dont remember it /

[Worrying]

What do you think causes this to happen?

[exitseven]

I have so many things floating around in my brain I don't remember some of it.,

[Worrying]

I see. Thanks.
