+1 ySome of us, love having friends.
one thing we don't like is when friends whom happen to be women, flirt at us because their bored and can't find the attention looking for by suitors.
it hurts our feelings and makes us question if I man as friend of a woman is being used as an emotional crutch when things aren't well in her social dating realm.
I have lots of women and men as friends.
doesn't mean I see them as anything more than a friend.
women don't see me, I'm invisible, I'm not bad or unkind person.
I'm just shy, introvert, kind of guy that gains friends , but never a significant other attention.
I a man, never see life with blinders , yes their a lot of beautiful women in the world.
but doesn't mean I want to date or smash everyone that walks passed me.
I have standards and rules of etiquette, in friendships and relationships.
I'm not a mindless phuk boy, that is controlled my hunger or urges.
To close my point , yes men and women can be friends as long as the parameters are defined and agreed too.
But their are some men and women that can't be friends because their brains lye in their lower anatomy alone.
all comes down to individual morals , deciency, common sense, respect.20 Reply

+1 yThat is a definite yes and no. Some of my best friends are women. They have a much better view points when I have questions about a woman than my guy friends do. They can be better friends sometimes. But us guys can't help ourselves, we will always try to sleep with our female friends... Even when we know it's not the right thing to do.
I wouldn't give up my female friends for anything. Great people who I love dearly.119 Reply
Asker+1 yThe guys I’ve befriended never did anything.
- +1 y
Nor did I. It doesn't mean we didn't think about it. In some cases a lot of thinking lol.
Asker+1 yThat wasn’t my case. They didn’t think anything like that about me.
- +1 y
I think about it all the time 😂 so I try not to be too close to them or date so I won't be bothered by the urges, if you're single and alone it's difficult to have an attractive female friend without gravitating towards her in a sexual or romantic way that's how guys get stuck in the "friend zone"
Asker+1 y@dennyd89 Get ugly friends. That’ll help
- +1 y
@Sasha0426 Getting ugly friends isn't the answer. Us guys if not getting it elsewhere will gladly go for an ugly girl. And ugly girls have less options so sometimes they are more willing.
Asker+1 y@BadApple69 I’m ugly, and yet, none of my guy friends tried anything. What does that tell ya?
Asker+1 yAnd if any guy tried to get with me, I’m not going to cave in easily. Actually, I would question his actions.
Asker+1 yI don’t trust anyone that easily.
- +1 y
@Sasha0426 Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Don't put yourself down like that... External beauty attracts men at the beginning... Internal beauty keeps him there. My current girlfriend isn't the most attractive lady but to me... She is a supermodel.
In any case, if you were one of my female friends... And you and I were hanging out together... I would probably hit on you 😊
Asker+1 y@BadApple69 Then let’s hang out. But, if only I can tell your girlfriend you were hitting on me.
- +1 y
@Sasha0426 let's hang out 😉 and of course you can tell her... I'm do for an upgrade anyway lol.
Asker+1 y@BadApple69 Oh, so you’re ready to end your relationship? Alright. We’ll hang out IF you do me a couple of favors:
1) Screenshot this and show it to your girlfriend
And 2) Tell her it’s over
Asker+1 yIf she asks why, be honest with her.
Asker+1 yBut, you have to do it right now though. Where is she at? Is she around?
- +1 y
@Sasha0426 Although it's been fun I'm afraid I'll have to end what you and I have. I showed this to my girlfriend and she said that I am not allowed to date you... I did ask her please with sugar on top and she still said no.
So you and I can no longer share all the great times we were about to share.
I'll keep trying and maybe someday she will say yes... Out of curiosity what about a 3some? I didn't ask her about that...
Asker+1 yYou’re lying, you didn’t show this to her.
- +1 y
@Sasha0426 you are correct. My girlfriend is in the next state over and I won't see her till Saturday. And when I do see her the last thing we will be talking about is gag. And just so you know, my girlfriend was a best friend for over 10 years. We just started dating this year. We've been good friends but secretly I have desired her for all 10 years. So I am talking from experience.
+1 yI definitely believe that men and women can have meaningful friendships and I think that men can absolutely enjoy being friends with women. However, it's also true that some people aren't capable of having genuine, platonic friendships with a person of the opposite sex - they have always viewed them as potential romantic or sexual partners. So I'm sure that some men don't want to be just friends with a woman and that it's difficult for them to view them in a platonic way. But I think that in order to build healthy and lasting relationships, men and women should strive to have non-romantic friendships with each other.

+1 yIf they are Engaged/Married then yeah, if they are Single then... ermm, only time will tell.🤷♂️
00 Reply Sure why not? I've had many platonic female friends sure I still found them physically and sexually attractive but I respect boundaries and keep my temptations to myself, I value human beings in general and I especially value women because as men we misunderstand women a lot and have an archaic view of women and forget women have hopes and dreams goals and interests their own philosophies and views about life the universe society etc and just want to be listened to, and its fascinating for me to get that unique perspective.
10 ReplyDepends on the person but for the most part yes. I never really understood why if you share interests and a bunch of beliefs and get along together why you wouldn't be friends because you don't share the same genitals. I feel like only jealous partners who step waaaay over the line are the only people who think men and women can't be friends and it's just about sex.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yYes, they do. It's only when those women cross the line or men decide they want more, that it becomes an issue if the guys are already in a relationship. Not every guy or girl is like that, so you can't judge one by the other.

10 Reply 713 opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Yes , if the sexual equation is completely out of it , hence they don't want you sexually men can have some wonderful women friends , when the element of sexual activity or desire moves into play , everything will change.

no issues whatsoever30 Reply No. Men are programmed to spread their off-springs. So if a man says I am your friend and nothing more, he is lying. If you escalate and then man denies, he is still lying. Somewhere back of his mind he knows whats the best outcome of this friendship, and you know what I mean.

Men can only be friends with women that are not physically attractive to him. Even if it is 1% it's still can sparkle things up to something else.
