My colleague grabbed my leg out of no where saying that he can wrap his entire hand around my leg and he did it a forceful way... I did not appreciate that.. We are also only colleagues.

You could advise him that touching you without your consent is considered to be a battery and he can be prosecuted for such behavior. Depending on where he touched your leg, it may have some sexual overtones that could subject him to discipline or termination by your employer.
