This guy I know told me to come to him while he was sitting down and just put his hand on the back of my thigh below my butt without even touching my butt while I was standing beside him. He didn’t say anything, he didn’t caress me or anything he just left his hand there until I sat on his lap then he didn’t touch me at all. What does that type of hand placement and behavior mean?
