And he preys on mentally challenged people. I feel like he sees me as a target.

No, he never harassed me. He tried to fool with me when I was underage talking about going places alone to hangout. I was so naive and so foolish thinking he was my best friend. He tried to use the mentally challenged girl for sex and she is a virgin. He also liked this other underaged girl and told other guys he wanted her and she’s a stud/gay.
i’m not an expert on this, but to me it doesn’t sound like the police could step in. i gotta go to bed but you could also follow/message me. if you work together, talk to hr or you boss if you feel uncomfortable. talk to your parents if you can or others you trust. now it’s all about protection. don’t be alone with him. if something happens scream as loud as you can and kick him as hard in the groin as you can. if he says little inappropriate things to you, you have to be VERY ASSERTIVE to let him know it’s not OK. i gotta go now but i’ll check back if you need help.
