Why would a guy prefer a girl with tattoos?

Isn't it a turn off to most men? This guy from my class has an obsession with tattoos..

I think there's a few things to understand here...

first... some people like tattoos, other people do not mind them... and some others do dislike and even hate tattoos, there is not going to be only one approach that applies to all, not even to a majority

second... having an obsessions with tattoos is also different, it might be a fixation or even a fetish, lol...

or maybe he's obsessed about it because he wants to be a tattoo artist himself, or maybe he wants to be covered by them

now, to your main question... it can be possibly that he is just very much into the girl for who she is, the way she is and everything else about her and not just the tattoos, there's always more to people than just tattoos/or no tattoos, lol

He probably thinks she is a low quality easy woman and he likes it because in his mind he thinks he could more easily get sex from her.

I think tattoos ruin a woman's looks. I have turned down women purely because of their tattoos before. The more they have the less attractive they are, even to the point of making them completely undesirable to me. One that I knew that had a cute face and had stuff in common with me, once I knew about her multiple large tattoos (that were covered by her clothes) I lost all interest and attraction.

Because they belong to the same demographic. We attract what we are into, in many cases. Us alt-people appeal mainly to our target group that is also other alt-people, but it's not exclusive of course. Otherwise there wouldn't be hundreds of normie guys fantasizing about punk and goth gfs. Some just admire tattoos without wanting to get their own for various reasons. It's not that deep.

Fast forward several years now my taste has change… clearly. I myself have a sleeve HOWEVER, huge caveat is that what hasn’t changed is that I’m not into girls having neck, face and hand tats… not very feminine tbh

Some tattoos are beautiful pieces of art and with deep meanings behind. However after a certain point tattoos do become too much i feel. Have a few meaningful ones makes sense but i doubt a face tattoo or a full back or a full sleeve might have much meaning behind it.

The girl that was the maintainer in my building at work had a dragonfly tattoo on her neck. This girl was pretty and really sweet kid. One day I asked her what possessed her to get a neck tattoo. She said her boyfriend had one just like it. She for it because of him. Then he broke up with her.

Lol, sounds like a sub guy 😅. I don't like tattoos. if a girl gets it it better be hidden from plain sight for me. It's a big turnoff especially the big ones.

I think it's massively dependent on the tattoo, where it's located and also how many of them they have.

I don't have an issue with tattoos and think they can look good. But I find things like face tattoos to be a big no personally.
