I was taken advantage of but I was told I led him on. One side is he didn't ask. Other side is I gave him permission with my actions. Thoughts?

Your Mother is wrong about this one. It's not your fault. There's a clear escalation that happened. A clear distinction between platonic & sexual play. Yours were playful but his were predatorial. I would definitely report him to someone if I were you. Better late than never. You could save someone else. Just make sure what you said is true & that you're not remembering incorrectly.

regardless of what you wear or do or say, you are not responsible for another person's actions towards you in terms of harassment - there is a BIG difference between poking someone on the arm or head and poking them somewhere inappropriate and that's not your fault - he has his own brain and mind and is choosing to do this, unless for some reason he's never learnt about propriety or consent, he KNOWS what he's doing

i think you should talk in person to someone else about it. is there another adult you trust? a family member? a minister? a school counselor?

also for anyone here or at home or anywhere blaming you, a 13 year old is probably not prepared/educated enough to deal with sexual situations, so go easy on yourself.
