This was while making out on the 4th date, but I’ve been getting mixed signals. He shows interest and initiative with me, is sweet to me, and is currently seriously looking for a long term relationship, but he also is still going on dates with what seems to be a ton of other girls (almost every day, and on a few occasions even 2 a day) although I think I’m the only one he went on multiple dates with so far, and has been slightly pushy physically.

I feel like he wouldn’t tell me that/act that way if he actually liked and saw himself in a relationship with me. I don't know what to think.

I personally bother wouldn't be wasting my time if someone is dating multiple people as well as dating me.

I mean this is your 4th date with him, both of you, should have a fair idea if you like each other or not by now. Someone complimenting you, means nothing. I am concerned how someone treats me, than thier words.

I personally would of moved on by now, If was in your shoes, I would straight out ask him, do you want a relationship with me, yes or no. The question is, how many dates does it take to get to know someone.
