We’ve been hanging out on only Tuesdays and Sundays for over a year now and today he barely texted me and he wasn’t even going to show up if I didn’t ask where he was. My heart felt very heavy and I've been feeling bad he is over here now but I’ve been keeping ny distance. To make things worse all I’ve been thinking about was him and how much i missed him this must mean that he hasn’t thought about me at all. We’ve been together for almost 4 years and are supposed to get engaged and married soon I don’t know. He just told me that his day just passed by and he didn’t notice and he apologized many times would you believe this?

I think you just need to be honest about how you felt.
I lost friends due to miscommunication on hurt feelings, and if they were understood earlier it might have been avoided.
Just be honest, tell him what you want, and be gentle with it.
