My boyfriend forgot I was coming home today?

I was away from home for over 3 months for work related reasons. I flew back home yesterday. I had been telling my boyfriend about my flight since 2 weeks and he completely forgot about it and was really surprised to see me. I feel really upset as I think he doesn't value me enough and does not remember important events related to me. Around a year ago, I was travelling from my home country to his for pursuing higher studies and he completely forgot about that too. He only realized after I told him I had landed. I was really upset and had clearly expressed my feelings. What should I do?

Some people are just like that. Regardless you should express your feelings to him and explain how much it hurt you and how you wish he would pay more attention to these type of details.

If you go away for work for 3 months, you don't value the relationship enough in my opinion. He should end it.

I think you should talk to him about it. Let him know how you feel and how it bothers you. 2 weeks is a long time to forget something so thats odd. Im so sorry this happened. Talk with him.
