I had a crush on someone at work. We had nice banter and flirtation for a period of months. I finally asked him to hangout outside of work over text and got no reply. I expected at least a "no thanks" but that did not happen.

I still have to see this person. Do I bring it up to clear the air? If so, how?

Bring it up but be casual about it, don’t sound offended and assure you only asked because your friend bailed on you or something. As long as you act the same you always do, you can fall back on how you usually are with eachother and it shouldn’t be awkward

What you listed didn't seem like he was flirting that much. It was probably just an ego boost, something to play with at work. Or maybe his wife found out.
