So I’ve been dating a guy that I work with but he’s in a different department. Things were going really good up until he stopped suddenly texting me outside of work. I do see him from time to time at work but it’s hard because we’re both busy. He’s divorced has kids and tells me he’s been so crazy busy that it’s not fair to me. I get it he’s a single dad but he showed effort in the beginning too. I’ve told him many times we don’t have to continue this and he keeps telling me he’s still interested. We’re supposed to have dinner tomorrow night but he hasn’t told me where we’re going and I’m tired of chasing him at work and always texting him. He still flirts with me at work and stuff but I don’t get the non communication outside of work. Plus I haven’t even been to his place and we don’t get together on the weekends.

Sounds like he is still married and your his side piece , or he just likes the convenience of you but keeping his options opened , My advice to you girls’ is to never continue dating a guy that isn’t making you his priority , because when a guy really Likes a girl , he wants to see her or hear from her as much as possible , He won’t go days without talking to her or seeing her , if he does? Then he is stringing you along while weighing his options. It only takes a few seconds to call someone or text someone you truly care about , if for whatever reason he can’t do so, he will immediately contact her as soon as he can and let her know why he couldn’t call or text. These are signs for you girls’ to look out for , never be a convenience to anyone unless you want to be a convenience, that’s up to you. But if you want a loving relationship, my advice to you is to drop this guy immediately
