Schopenhauer said this about music, which i think applies to modern men:

From my POV girls and especially our mothers made modern men boring with ME TOO/brainwashing kids to be simpy. 99% of modern men are scared to be sexual. It's like as a man you have to run the yellow lights to be successful anywhere in life. And modern men treat yellow like its a red light.

y'all take too long to take and do what you want. Seriously. Even when you *talk*, you write 10 paragraphs to say what could trigger more emotion in just a few words. When you talk, you don't want to understand. You want to get your talking points across. you're man children.

Some are. Those that aren’t, are not. What do I mean? Those men willing to embrace their manhood, live life to its fullest, and be unapologetically male tend to do well. Those men equally have few problems meeting women. They drink whiskey. Smoke cigars. Make their women, children, and tribe feel safe and protected. They can fix problems from their car to the relationship. Are as comfortable wearing a suit holding a martini as they are in a wool jacket, leather boots, and holding a Remington 700. They always have a knife. They walk away from petty men and petty fights. They replace ego with confidence.


Men of this social media, era…using terms like “space” and “equity” and confessing a false guilt for the sins they have been told their sex is guilty of - heck. They are boring as hell and it’s their choice to simply grow a pair and go man the F up. They need to stop worrying about likes and apps and complaining about ‘no generation has ever had it harder’ and being terrified of offending anybody. They are soft and instead of stepping up to problems they post about them.

I blame women, feminism, me too garbage, girls being up tight about everything. Think about ladies, who directs and makes movie scripts that feature awesome movie scenes such as action or comedy, a man. Guys and men tend to be funnier, women just tend to gossip, have superficial crap they follow and gossip about pointless things in life. A lot of guys I know used to be vibrant and happier but some skank who wanted to sleep around with different dudes broke his heart or the hearts of other guys. Yet females whine where are all good guys? a lot of women have a stick up their ass to with bitter feelings over a break up. I'm done supporting female with their emotional imbalanced state of mind and ladies, I can say this without worrying you'll do something back because I ain't dating any of y'all so i'm just keeping it 100. Women are boring they don't offer much to convos.

It's a common enough approach to internalize. And frankly, it's not surprising. A law-abiding man is basically a prisoner these days. There are so many constraints to his own will that he basically has only one way forward, and if for any reason it's no longer available, he's stuck in place. It's pretty hard to be "fun", "spontaneous" and "unpredictable" this way. And the thugs... They are unpredictable, as they disregard the law and are fine with being constantly on the run, and to be honest, I can see why this is actually attractive to women.

However, it's probably the activity of choice for after work, and there's no way around it. As being a man is almost a crime itself, it's most reasonable to hide from view, and in the safety of Your home You can basically either read books or play video games.

Yeah man, ever since covid we just don't seem to have compatible work schedules. But on the bright side, it makes those rare times when we can all get together more special. I am lucky to have such great friends, though. There isn't an awkward moment when do f finally get to see each other.
