Is it okay that I looked disgusted when my supervisor winked at me?

So a colleague of mine called me dirty minded ( when I said something that is very normal to say - but he interpreted it to be dirty minded) - then my supervisor winked at me, so I looked disgusted at him ( it was a visceral reaction).. Is this okay?
