but in the last weeks he told me I had gorgeous green eyes he winked at waved at me as I was clocking out

Hmm that's kinda weird coming from a coworker. Hard to say for sure if he's into you or what's up, but a few things stand out:

- Telling you got gorgeous eyes is definitely not just being friendly. Sounds like he's into your looks at least.

- Messing with only you and waving goodbye could be flirting I guess. Testing the waters to see how you respond.

- Having the same humor is a good sign you'd get along. But working together adds complications ya know?
