My friend has cheated on his wife for years and multiple times but still gives everything for his wife. Even cried long time ago when she found out about something but they’re still together. I mean that’s how they met, by cheating.

I would not be so sure that man really loves your friend if he's constantly cheating on her. Just because someone cries and says they care doesn't mean their actions show it.

Love is about respect, trust and loyalty - all things that are broken when he goes behind her back like that. I know it's probably comfy to stay together after so long, but that relationship doesn't seem very healthy to me.

Does he even try counseling to tackle why he cheats? Or make real changes so it won't happen again? Or does he just apologize and go right back to doing the same thing over and over? To me that shows he isn't serious about treating her right.

I know it's not my place to tell your friend what to do, but I think she deserves so much better than someone who repeatedly hurts her trust like that. No amount of tears makes up for consistent disrespect, you know? She's probably just used to it by now which is so sad.

If he really valued her and their relationship, I think he'd be putting in serious work to prove he can be faithful. Not just repeating nasty patterns. You should gently let your friend know what a healthy relationship looks like - built on care, honesty and commitment. She's worth that at least ♥️
