My boyfriend notices pretty women when we are out?

I’ve noticed my boyfriend looks more at pretty women. For example, we were both on a bus and I sat next to a pretty girl. He looked at her and then I saw his eyes move down her. We were also ok a train and I sat next to a girl. He looked at her for a few seconds as I was sitting down. He only does this with attractive girls.
Is this just something to ignore?

I'd just ignore it, men are visual creatures and looking is basically instinctual. We have to actively resist looking when you don't have our attention. But thats the primary part of what this is, its attention. If he's used to having you around him your not going to be the constant focus off his gaze, he will also be looking around the room and automatically check others out to. If its just an automatic scan and he's not actually trying to pursue her or staring / looking constantly I wouldn't worry about it.
