Why would a guy keep cancelling plans to hook up that he has organised?

I've been chatting with an older guy online he seems keen for me to meet at his place for a hook-up. He arranges everything and then cancels every single time and then acts cold and distant. I'm just confused, it makes me feel like there's something wrong with me if he doesn't won't to hook up especially since other guys would certainly be eager to.

1. He makes these plans when he is horny but after he busts he has post nut clarity syndrome and changes his mind.




2. You aren’t the only girl he’s doing this too, and cancels on you cause he wants the other girl more.
