For example, yesterday he was somewhere with his daughter and something awesome happened for her. I was maybe a good 20-30 minutes down the text chain from the first person he told. Last year at this time, I wouldn’t have even gotten a text, so that’s improvement, but I’m just curious is priority in texting good news telling of priority in a guy’s life. Myself, I text the people first I’m closest to or most excited to tell. Curious if that’s true of everyone, especially guys.

It honestly depends on the type of news. I have specific people I go to about specific things. My boyfriend is on top of the list 99% of the time though. But if I’m super excited about a perfect dress I scored on sale, I go to a girlfriend for that. B but if it’s a major life update, then yes 100% there’s a text priority list.

If it's news about my family, then my family is going to be the first to hear. However, if it's just general news or something that I'd tell my friends about then I'm prioritizing my girlfriend over almost everyone.
