Can guys with autism be capable of taking care of children?

Like I ask because my friend had myself and my then girlfriend watch her toddler and internally there was this pure fear present

It depends on the autism level and affected areas. I'm fully capable of caring for myself, my kids, and the rest of the world. Just social interactions don't work as expected :P

yes, and many don't have "kids" as the triggers. there's also items such as noise dimming headphones you can use.
