Why are men viewed as older/old in their 30s?

“He's aged like fine wine” um he’s only in his 30s. I would hope most men aren’t struggling to stay attractive in their late 20s and 30s. 30s is too young to be considered “aging like fine wine”, yet for some reason men love saying that about themselves.

the natural lifespan of a human was originally 38. by the time you are in your 30s, you're no longer living the life you once did. you can't eat whatever you want like you did in your 20s. many men are balding by this time. 70% of women would not date bald guys. so thats the end of their reproductive life in many ways. their sperm is no longer as effective as it was in their 20s. experts say, after 25, mens sperm will reduce in quality, leading to more health complications for offspring. even when you look at athletes, most are done by this age. contrary to what people may believe, you actually start getting fatter right after puberty, because thats when our metabolism declines. this is why you see a lot of people who were skinny, or normal at age 10, then you see him again at age 15, and he's fat.

35-40 is the start of getting old but some guys are grey, balding or fat in their late 20s as well.

Mentally, most men are still babies when they hit 30. Physically, their looks can go at any time.

Why do men seem to have a problem with people shaming them for aging when men do it to women all the time?

I’m indifferent. If someone looks bad regardless of their age I say it.

For example, Jennifer Anniston looks incredible, and she’s MUCH older than me.

It all comes down to two things. Genetics, but more importantly your life decisions. How you take care of your health plays a significant role in how you age.
