He said she was a mistake and he has no interest in her but he could’ve told me she was still trying so i was aware and knew. He told me to block her but that’s it, i found out because he asked me to check his inbox for a verification code and i seen her several nude videos and pics

No necessarily. Unless he was the one who asked for them. But even so what do you expect he cheated on you. You should have been gone long time ago. Chances are it’ll happen again, maybe it already has. But there’s a good chance it will because he did it once then you took him back. It’s hard to say whether he was interested in the pics. Because if he was he would have hid them knowing that you had access to his email. Regardless you should find someone else. Whether he’s wrong or not you know this is going to bother you, so in your eyes that’s two strikes already.

How do you know that he’s not the one who asked for those nudes?

If I cheated on my partner (which I would never do to begin with) and I genuinely wanted to win their trust back, the first thing I would do is block the person I cheated with.
Especially if they’re sending me nudes. Those emails would have been deleted so fast.

If he’s not blocking her and deleting her nudes, then he must still be interested in her
