2 months ago when I was sick and couldn't pay my medical bills and my apartment rent, I asked my boyfriend to help me out and he declined and said that I was stupid cause I didn't save enough and called me a gold digger and told everyone that I asked him for money. So I sorted out my problems without him and I left him.

Our break up only lasted 20 days. But during that time, my business quickly improved. And he got fired. 🤣

When we made up I gave him 500 € as a gift. And also to teach him a lesson. Cause when I love someone I want to give him everything and do everything for him. He got a new job but he didn't get paid yet. His car broke down and he didn't have money to take it to the mechanic 🤣 so I gave him money for that, too.

Now he is like so small so kind. He gave me his apartment keys, his car keys, his phone passwords, I gave him mine too.

Every day he posts our photos, everyday we spend all our free time together. Every day he tells me I'm sorry. Now he shares everything with me. Even though it was a gift, he returned me what I gave him.

Do you think he actually learned something?

You are probably best to dump him again , sorry to say , and realize that he truly doesn’t love you , because if he truly loved you , and cared about you , he would of helped you when you were struggling financially, instead of blaming you and calling you a gold digger , He is a user not a partner period. Just because things have gotten better financially for you , and you were now able to help him financially just shows his true character, that he only likes you because of you helping him with money , You are only hurting yourself by thinking this guy truly loves you , He can apologize all he wants to you , and constantly tell you sorry for his actions , but sorry to say , he is clearly talking out of his ass , because I guarantee to you , if you ever end up financially struggling again? , he will treat you like he did the first time around , He doesn’t deserve you because he doesn’t value you as a person , he only values what he can receive from you , because he is a user. I know it seems like things are good between you both now , now that you both feel financially secure but the truth is once shit hits the fan again , which it will, he won’t have your back because he already proved to you that he is a selfish person that only cares about himself , You did the right thing by dumping him the first time around , do it again before he dumps you when things don’t go his way the second time around. He is using you , he doesn’t truly love you mark my words

see I think that's absolutely great of you you have a beautiful heart you're a good person but it's very end to ask did he actually learn something you have to stop for a period right there and then you have to also ask yourself that just like times are Good times go bad again and you have to prepare yourself for that too so you're not back in that position I think it's messed up that he did not help you I think it sucks

but like I said you have a good heart you're a beautiful person but save money too just in case it happens again you are prepared

but one day you will see the answer you will fill the answer because either one day he will reimburse you somehow some way or he will not so but I'm just like you I would have done the same thing and I would not have said one word about it but I would prepare myself because everything we do in this world we do it again and again and again at different levels so it will happen again in a different level just back your play or just know that you can back your play

I think both of you are doing everything wrong. You shouldn’t have take him back after what he did and now it seems to me he’s taking advantage of your generosity. He’s just a boyfriend stop spending and giving him money just because he’s miserable now cuz where was he when you were miserable and sick? You’re not teaching him anything honestly. The longer he stays jobless and the longer you keep giving him money the quicker you’ll see him as a sissy and a looser. I don’t see this relationship going anywhere.

It sounds like it to me. At first I was so shocked reading through this that he didn't help you in the slightest when you were sick.

Yet I'm thinking the major change in behavior comes from how guys these days are getting totally paranoid about gold-diggers. I've seen my share of real gold-diggers, but not every single woman who chooses a financially stable man is after his money. It's also not so hard to tell the real ones if we know the true red flags.

What you did it so, so uncharacteristic of any gold-digger and maybe that's why he radically transformed. Whatever paranoid suspicion about it should now be totally gone. I think he was unreasonable to have the suspicion in the first place but your actions should make it absolutely clear that you aren't one even to the people who have the hardest time telling the difference.

too soon to give an accutate answer seeing as he just started the new job. assuming he keeps that job (if he doesn't, be cautious) give it about a month for him to start getting back to being finacially on his feet abd ask him to start paying some of that back. use his reaction as a better indicator.

also, though i get it about being generous, especially with close loved ones, try to better limit doing that as even good people sometimes (more often these days) start taking advantage of it. sorry but money does have a very well known effect of corrupting in many different ways. luckily sometimes that corruption is smaller and even only temporary.

Yes, he learned that you love him. Before he probably did not consider that you loved him and didn't want to help someone who was trying to use him. He sees you differently now so the question is will he treat you differently when you have a need and he is in a good position financially. If he doesn't walk away and never look back because he is what he claimed you were.

I think he is taking advantage of you, he left you when you most needed him, now that you are good and have money he decided to take you back. Its possible he learned and he is sorry, but it looks like he is taking advantage, if you really love someone you shouldn’t abandon them when they need you, you should stay and support them in every possible way you can help.

Possibly... but beware when he finds another job, especially if it's a decent one. My father used to say, "If someone does something once, they'll do it again." He hasn't been wrong about that once yet in my experience.
