Perhaps. But I’ve been asking about the same thing many times and I said I really need to let my manager know about the annual leave. Plus I’m not sure if he’s as committed as he’s saying because recently I’ve Been getting mixed signals

I think it's about time you had a very serious talk to him about this and the future.

Make it very clear that you need to know his plans and precisely where you stand in these plans.

Incidentally just how long have you two been together?

We’ve known each other since April but he’s been dealing with some private issues and then we got back together in December and he was apologetic and making effort for a short time and now it’s just bare minimum. We met on a marriage app. I asked if he had any doubts and he said no. And I also told him to let me know if he doesn’t want to see me or make plans but he just says I’ll hopefully see you then and it’s not happening.

As awful as this may sound, it might be a good idea to consider counting your losses and moving on.

As you've already sensed (woman's intuition) there does not appear to be any signs whatsoever of any firm commitment coming from him.

Maybe give him one last chance, but make it very clear to him that this will be the very end and that you will not communicate anymore, and will be moving on with your life.

I must confess that I have zero faith in any dating or marriage apps... Fortunately though I've never needed them.
