I admire their pluck and courage for standing tall against guys who tower over them, weigh almost twice as much, and can easily pick them up and toss them around.

Ok. So I am not 6'2", but here is why I like petite women.

First, the very obvious: because of the relative height difference as I am not too tall. It just looks so much more romantic when the girl always has to look UP to her man when they hug or when she tippy toes to kiss him.

Besides that:

They look cuter otherwise and in bed too and you feel you can enjoy "love gymnastics" a lot more with them.

My main reason and the most debatable for most people: they normally have better looking feet. The taller the girl, the bigger the feet. The bigger the feet, the more they have a chance of having flaws because they start falling out of shape and out of perfection. Imperfect feet are a HUGE turnoff for me. To same extent, imperfect hands too

I think it's just a natural way to balance out the DNA. Women will always try to go for taller men so if men didn't reproduce with smaller women people would keep getting taller on average and there are downsides to being tall.
