Happened to me during my last interview and currently when a new manager joined our department. Both my previous and my new manager seem to dislike me at first glance and seem even hostile behind a polite and professional facade. They smile to my face but compared to their behaviour around other employees it just seems very forced and I can feel a certain negative tension. And when I request something small and reasonable they act as if I was acting out of line and ask for too much even though I remain humble and polite the whole time.
Is something wrong with me? Why do managers feel the need to make me feel small, rude or too demanding and give me attitude even if they don’t know shit about me? I’ve never seen them act like this with anyone.

If it happens "at first glance," then it most likely relates to your appearance. I can't say more because you haven't posted a picture.
I don’t think I’m ugly ….
Okay, but that is not what I am thinking.
What do you think what I look like? I’m petite and neat
Tell me about the managers who instantly disliked you? Young, middle-aged, old? Male or female? Personality?
One was a fifty something woman. The new one is a 30 something man. I don’t know much about the woman other than that she can be friendly but also a bit sassy. The new guy is very calm and super professional and ambitious but I feel like he attended too many leadership seminars if you know what I’m saying. I also know that he did or is doing hypnosis which is kind of weird
I also found out that he lives in my neighborhood
Maybe the woman was threatened by your physical appearance (you know how chicks are!) :) :) :)
and maybe the guy was attracted and knows that a relationship with a subordinate is forbidden, so his best defense is to be angry at you.
Come on you know this is not true 😂😂
No, I don't know that. I was not there when these things happened, I have never met any of the people involved, and I have never seen a photo of you. How would I know?
If you know why this happened, why did you post this question?
I think it has to do with ur looks
can't judge without seeing u
You think bosses would hate me because I look ugly?
there have to be more to it
What for instance?
could be the impression u give
Doing what?
u dont have to do much
sometimes by look only at person u would get an impression
Yeah but what about their looks specifically
I feel like to answer this one honestly we would have to see a picture of you
