So when he replies to a text when it suits which could be days. Tells you days he can talk ie ‘I’ll be able to talk to you on Wednesday or Sunday pick a day’ and says ‘I’m available right now I’ll call you’ when you say no I’m busy pushes it again and says ‘just for ten minutes’ signs of being disrespectful …. What do you think?

First, you have to look at what his responsibilities are. Many "high-value men" owe a big chunk of their value to their money and status - but getting those things comes at a high cost, and that usually means that their time is constantly in demand. On the other hand, if you have a student, or someone with a part-time job and no other responsibilities, etc., who has many hours of free time every day, then your expectation of that person are naturally going to be very different.

That said, yes, I see this as possibly rude or at least a level of unawareness that is troubling, but it's also something that COULD be adjusted. I would have a conversation about it before I made any hasty decisions.

Remember: NO ONE is perfect - no man you ever date will be perfect, and you are not perfect. Everyone is going to have some habits or traits that aren't ideal - even me. You have to pick your battles and make the critical things a big deal, and that means you have to let some of the little things go. If you wait until you find a man who is just perfect for you, you'll likely be alone forever.

Thank you for this. The reason it bothered me as he was clearly answering loads if Facebook posts and posting photos on Facebook then messaging me photos of the same thing but then ignoring my reply..
then said he’d been really busy but had time to rePly to loads of Facebook stuff. He’s not that busy with work - he only works until 3.30 every day so.. i did air my views on this and told him I thought it was impolite behaviour to which he replied he was sorry and thanked me for being honest with him

If you don't text, you don't have to play those games. Disable messaging on your phone, and men will be forced to communicate in the proper way. You will soon discover how serious they really are.
