He may not be a morning person and feel like you're too much that early, but that's incumbent upon him to properly communicate it. I'd say it's time to move on either way though, because he's either tuned you out already or he can't communicate for shite, and neither speaks well of him.

My opinion is you should try to communicate again and if he ignores you again, just leave him. Seems kinda toxic in a relationship.

Sounds like you are dating someone emotionally immature. A 30 year old should be able to say “hey I need space”. He knows what he is doing, and what he is doing is rude.
