The overwhelming majority of the time it's correct. I don't act on it when someone says that solely because she said that, especially when it's someone random like the lady at the baker in line in front of me or someone at the gas station pumping gas or the new girl at the coffee shop or a new nurse at the hospital. If it's someone I know saying that to me, she's usually saying that because at a minimum she would consider what it would be like to have sex with me, and expected it to be a positive experience.

Women don't usually say that if they find a man repulsive, so you're really not getting why they'd think that?

Many girls use hints and are not direct with what they want. A girl could very well want sex by saying a guy is hot. So he’s taking a risk and if that’s not the case she will say no
