This is so incredibly generic and vague. With just this context of course it means nothing if not only this girl but anyone in general takes a deep breath. Come on.

I feel like OP means literally that. Does taking a deep breath around someone mean something.
from speculation I think it may mean,
1 they like the way the person smells
2they are taking a deep breath because they feel relaxed around that person

However unless it's a gasp. When someone gasps around someone it could be because that person is shocked at something or surprised about something. But generally gasps out loud are pretty dramatic and unnecessary honestly.

I'd say the only time a person would be concerned about someone taking a deep breath around someone is if the person is choking or having trouble breathing
