I felt like he was responding me without much of enthusiasm and was doing it only to not make me feel stupid.

Anyway... maybe I should have stopped at one point but after I sent him a meme with the caption "it's time to use that again", he said "yes"... and maybe that's where I should have stopped, but I didn't and said "it's getting boring, isn't it"

He saw it and didn't say anything.

So... do you think I offended him somehow?

I highly doubt you will have offended him. Though, I do agree with the other poster that he's not showing any signs of interest.

As a recommendation, its best to assume the best in all interactions with someone your feeling attracted to. If your heart is in any interaction early it can be tricky to hold back and a desire to post more is one to clamp down on.
