You don't know what it means when he says he might leave his wife. How else can you take that other than he might leave his wife? I figured that was pretty clear. Can you think of any other way to take that? The better question is why do you allow him to flirt with you when you know he is married. It isn't just one time either since you said he has joked twice about it. That means that after the first time he flirted you didn't tell him to knock it off and that you had no interest in someone that is married. I can only guess that you are entertaining the idea of some sort of contact or relationship with him since you won't tell him to stop.
